* Bachelor degree (any discipline) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0

* Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience

* Single and maximum age 28 years old

* Target oriented and customer oriented

* Good analytical thinking

* Energetic, hard worker, discipline, initiative, and team work player

* Strong communication and interpersonal skill

* Fluent in English both oral and written

* Willing to attend the development program which will be held at the Head Office (Karawaci-Tangerang)

* Willing to be placed in all LB’s branches in Indonesia
