East Java and Bali Radio Network Planning Manager (EJB-RNP-M) Post Date: 18 Sep 07


Responsibility :

* Network dimensioning GSM/UMTS

* Drive test and network performance (KPI) analysis

* Site survey

* To support the network implementation


Qualification :

* Bachelor degree from telecommunication (S1)

* Minimum 3 years experience in CDMA/GSM

* Knowledge of government rules & regulations on office building

* Able to operate telco software and others such as Visio, AutoCad and Microsoft Office

* Good in administration and management skill (planning, organizing, directing and controlling)

* Able to work as a team and high interprsonal skill

* Proficient in both verbal and written English

* Ready to be placed in East Java, Bali and Lombok
